Services are available 7 days a week. For appointments starting between 6:00AM and 11:00AM, bookings need to be done and confirmed the previous day. All bookings need to be confirmed by us via email or phone message. Bank Holiday and Sunday bookings have a 25% increase.
The rates of our services increase slightly after 8PM. We have also after hours’ appointments, 12:00AM onwards, prices also vary for late appointments, please check the rates timetable.
If you book an outdoor Fitness appointment, at the beach, park or studio, please remember that it’s your responsibility to travel to the designated location.
Please make the full payment of your service fee at the time you receive our appointment confirmation, via email or text message. We will send you the receipt via email soon afterwards.
If you change your mind about your booking and you need to cancel it, you will not be charged if the cancellation has been made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Service;
We will be entitled to retain (or charge, as the case may be) thirty per cent (30%) of the applicable Service Fee if you make the cancellation less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Service.
However, if your cancellation of a booking is within two (2) hours of the Service Appointment Time we will be entitled to retain (or charge, as the case may be) one hundred per cent (100%) of the applicable Service Fee because your cancellation represents a Very Late Cancellation.
Our professionals will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your Service at the scheduled time.
However, taking into account the unforeseen travel in the city, our professionals may arrive 10-15 minutes later than the scheduled time. After this period you can choose to have your Service or cancel it. If cancelled under these circumstances we will refund one hundred per cent (100%) of your Service Fee.
