Jorge Gomes

Fitness Supervisor

Jorge believes in the power of saying "Yes, I can do it." His responsibilities include the supervision of the Fitness Department. He is excellent in motivating his peers to follow our standards. His level of expertise allows his clients to fully achieve their goals. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Fábio Nunes

Personal Training

Fabio is an experienced Personal Trainer. Regardless of your fitness level, Fabio is excellent in helping you change your body, boost your confidence and will help you reach your unfound potential. Fabio is very friendly and makes his clients feel very comfortable. Fluent in English, Spanish and little French too.

Rita Couto

Personal Training

Rita has been a personal trainer since 2013. She holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and works as a sports teacher at a secondary school. Rita is also a 5 a side football player. She is passionate about sports and exercise. Rita is very experienced at training children and young adults. She is very energetic and will be great at pushing you outside your comfort zone. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Joana Tomás

Personal Training

Joana has been a fitness Instructor since 2008. She has worked in Gyms and health clubs teaching group classes such as body balance, Pilates, etc to individual sessions as a Personal Trainer. Being a CrossFit athlete herself, Joana is great at motivate individuals in exercise activities including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching. Joana is also well experienced in training pregnant clients and training older adults.

Marta Noronha

Personal Training

Marta holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She has trained many officials at the sports department of the Portuguese Army. Marta can offer you a Boot Camp type of training if you wish and will be able at teach you some selfdefense techniques too. Marta has experience at training older people with cardiovascular problems, diabetics and people over weight. She is loving and sweet too, will depend on what type of training you would like to do. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Élsio Lopes

Personal Training

Elsio holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and is starting an MSc in Physical Activity and Health this year. He has vast experience as Fitness Instructor in a gym setting but also as a Personal Trainer in different contexts. Elsio has been nominated for the best fitness instructor of the year. He is much centred, believes in his methods and the clients are his priority. Fluent in English and very good at French too.

Bruno Vieira

Personal Training

Bruno holds a degree in sports and exercise science and is attending an MSc in physical activity and health this year. He has vast experience as fitness Instructor in a gym and in the water. He is also an experienced Personal Trainer for post injury rehabilitation. Bruno has also experience at training young adults and kids with some fun and pedagogical games. He loves his work and his clients have fun at training with him. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Sana Oliveira

Personal Training & Pilates

Sana is a personal trainer, pilates and yoga expert. She is great at combining all these training techniques and philosophies. Her clients love the variety of exercises presented in each and every class. Sana has also trained and has experience in pre and postnatal Pilates, as well as, in baby yoga. Sana is also into holistic therapies always looking at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states of health and wellbeing. Fluent Spanish and English.



Abu is from India and has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years in different schools, colleges, hospitals and I.T. corporate companies such as Microsoft, Capgemini, GE, Mytrah Energy and Google. Abu is well experienced in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Hot yoga, Power yoga and yoga therapy. The classes are dynamic, challenging, filled with good humour and all inclusive. Abu is fluent in English, Hindi, Telug and Urdu.

Francisca Alves


Francisca completed a degree in economics in 2003 and in 2009 started her Hatha Yoga Instructor course. Since then Francisca hasn't stopped teaching and practising yoga. She has vast experience in Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga as well as Yoga for Seniors. Francisca is a mother of two and has a bright and bubbly personality. She loves to get to know her students and share her knowledge. Francisca is now dedicating her time studying Mindfulness with Mikaela Ovén. She is Fluent in Spanish and English and basic knowledge of French

Benedita Santos


Benedita holds a degree in art, film, video and communication. Has worked in graphic design and photography for several years. Her Hatha yoga instructor course started many years ago too, and more recently she has done courses in Iyengar yoga method. Benedita has great experience in teaching yoga to children, older adults and to people with reduced mobility, such as in a wheelchair. Benedita believes that yoga can and should be practiced by all. She will be great at adapting the yoga poses to your needs. Fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Filipa Ribeiro


Filipa holds a PhD in sociology of science and knowledge, an MSc in science education and communication and has several academic publications in scientific journals. Alongside with her academic career, Filipa has started her Hatha Yoga practice in 2008. She has great experience at teaching Asthanga and Iyengar yoga methods too. Filipa ’ s yoga practice follows the vedanta philosophy and includes pranayamas and meditation techniques. She is very sweet and calm. Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
